Larry Jones, CEO, President
Mr. Jones, 53, has over 25 years of experience in building, operating and growing public and private technology companies. He has a proven track record of initiating growth and acquisition strategies in various industry segments, including marketing services, enterprise software, and information and IT services. Mr. Jones most recently served as principal of Aegis Management, LLC, which provides management consulting services. Previously, from 2004 until May 2006, he served as President and CEO of Activant Solutions, Inc., a software company that provides vertical ERP solutions for distribution industries. While at Activant, Mr. Jones accelerated revenue growth and executed three acquisitions and two public debt offerings, and filed for a public offering that was preempted by a sale of the company to funds affiliated with Hellman & Friedman and Thoma Cressey in May 2006. From November 2002 through July 2004, Mr. Jones was Chairman and CEO of Interelate, Inc., which provided outsourced customer relationship management services. From 1999 until 2002, Mr. Jones was President and CEO of MessageMedia, a NASDAQ listed e-marketing services company. He has also served as a director or held management positions at Exabyte, WebClients, Neodata Services, Inc., GovPX, Inc., Automatic Data Processing and Wang Laboratories. Mr. Jones currently serves as a director of Work Options Group, a private company that provides child and elderly care benefits programs for large corporations.

David Durham, CFO & Treasurer
David Durham serves as StarTek's Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Durham has over 20 years of financial and operational management experience and most recently, served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CIBER, Inc., a $1 billion international information technology consulting company. With extensive experience in the IT services industry, he has served in a variety of financial and operating positions for CIBER. Mr. Durham was actively involved in CIBER’s acquisition growth strategy, participating in and leading the execution of several business combinations. Prior to 1995, David was CFO of Spenser & Spencer Systems, and Staff Accountant at Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co., CPA’s. David earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Georgia. He graduated from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business with a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance.

Michael Clayton, General Counsel & Secretary
Michael Clayton, former international and IP counsel of Intrado Inc., has over 30 years of experience delivering cost-effective legal services in public and private companies. Prior to Intrado, Clayton served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Alliente, Inc., a BPO providing indirect procurement services to global clients in the telecommunications industry. Previously, he served fifteen years as vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Samsonite Corporation. Michael is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Federal District, State and Federal Courts of Colorado, and the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office. Clayton has been an adjunct professor of law at University of Denver College of Law and Director of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition.

Mary Beth Loesch, SVP Business Development & Marketing
Mary Beth Loesch has 25 years of experience in business management, mergers, acquisitions and strategic initiatives focused in the telecommunications, cable and high-technology industries. Most recently, Loesch was the senior vice president of business development for Activant Solutions Inc. While in that role, she was charged with driving Activant’s top-line growth through new market expansion and acquisitions. Prior to Activant, Loesch was the vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Interelate, a leader in next-generation relationship marketing services for Global 2000 companies. Previously, Loesch was senior vice president, international and corporate development for MessageMedia, where she led the company’s global expansion as well as its growth in new markets through acquisition. Loesch’s extensive experience includes tenures as managing director of KPMG Consulting’s high-technology practice, senior vice president of marketing and print services at CSG Systems and an executive with US West. Ms. Loesch has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University.

Susan Morse, SVP of Human Resources
Susan Morse has more than 22 years of experience in human resources. Morse was recently VP of human resources at Carrier Access, Boulder, CO. Prior to Carrier Access, Morse served as vice president of human resources for WhiteWave Foods, a subsidiary of Dean Foods. Prior to joining WhiteWave, Morse was vice president of human resources with MessageMedia, an e-mail marketing services company, and a division president of human resources at Centrobe, Inc., which was an EDS Company and formerly Neodata Services, Inc.. Prior to Centrobe, Inc., Morse held various positions at Neodata including vice president of human resources and senior vice president of human resources. Previous to Neodata, Ms. Morse spent 15 years at Wang Laboratories, where she held numerous positions. Ms. Morse received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Michael Griffith, SVP Sales
Michael Griffith serves as StarTek's SVP of Sales. Mr. Griffith brings more than twenty years of sales and managerial experience from such diverse organizations as CEON Corporation, TeleTech Holdings, Inc., Tanning Technology, Oracle Corporation, Pyramid Technology, and UNISYS Corporation. Michael's strengths are his successful sales and sales management experience with over 20 consecutive years of exceeding the sales goals and quotas as a direct sales person, sales leader, and division manager. Michael has built and managed successful sales teams in companies who specialize in high technology hardware, software, consulting, and customer management. He has led groups with successful P&L leadership and achievement in every capacity. Michael has consistently demonstrated the ability to recruit and build successful sales organizations with a commitment to success with the values and culture of hard work and accomplishment.
