Larry Jones, CEO and President Larry Jones has over 25 years of experience in building, operating, and growing public and private technology companies. He has a proven track record of initiating growth and acquisition strategies in various industry segments, including marketing services, enterprise software, and information and IT services. Mr. Jones most recently served as principal of Aegis Management, LLC, which provides management consulting services. From 2004 until May 2006, he served as president and CEO of Activant Solutions, Inc., a software company that provides vertical enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for distribution industries. While at Activant, Mr. Jones accelerated revenue growth and executed three acquisitions and two public debt offerings, and filed for a public offering that was preempted by a sale of the company to funds affiliated with Hellman & Friedman and Thoma Cressey. From November 2002 through July 2004, Mr. Jones was chairman and CEO of Interelate, Inc., which provides outsourced customer relationship management services. From 1999 until 2002, Mr. Jones was president and CEO of MessageMedia, a NASDAQ-listed e-marketing services company. He has also served as a director or held management positions at Exabyte, WebClients, Neodata Services, Inc., GovPX, Inc., Automatic Data Processing and Wang Laboratories.
David Durham, CFO and Treasurer
David Durham serves as StarTek's Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and CFO. Mr. Durham has over 20 years of financial and operational management experience and most recently, served as senior vice president and CFO for CIBER, Inc., a US$1-billion international IT consulting company. With extensive experience in the IT services industry, he served in a variety of financial and operating positions for CIBER. Mr. Durham was actively involved in CIBER’s acquisition growth strategy, participating in and leading the execution of several business combinations. Before 1995, David was CFO of Spencer & Spencer Systems, and staff accountant at Rubin, Brown, Gornstein, & Co., CPAs. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from the University of Georgia. He has an MBA from Washington University's John M. Olin School of Business with an emphasis on Finance.
Chad Carlson, EVP & COO
Chad Carlson, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has over 22 years experience in management, operations, strategic planning and business development with 15 of the years in the call center industry. He has a track record of successfully leading large global organizations. His most recent experience was as EVP of Global Operations for Sitel in Nashville, Tennessee. Chad’s oversight responsibility for the company included operations of over a billion dollars in revenues in 30+ countries with over 60,000 employees. Prior experience includes four years as COO for Client Logic and over six years with Sykes Enterprises. He received his B. S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.
Chad Thorpe, SVP, Sales
Chad Thorpe has over 12 years of call center industry experience, and has served as site director, program director, regional call center manager, and a host of other roles with continually increasing responsibilities. He has been with StarTek for over four years in various leadership roles including Site Director, Client Services Director, Regional Vice President, Vice President of Operations, and currently Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Thorpe has served clients in the auto, financial services, entertainment, ticketing, travel, and telecommunications verticals. His career includes positions with Cendant Corporation, Aegis Communications, and IAC-Ticketmaster. Mr. Thorpe earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Mary Beth Loesch, SVP, Corporate Development and Marketing Mary Beth Loesch has 25 years of experience in business management, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives focused in the telecommunications, cable, and high-technology industries. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of business development for Activant Solutions Inc., where she was responsible for driving Activant’s top-line growth through new market expansion, acquisitions, and the eventual sale of the firm to Hellman & Friedman and Thoma Cressey. Prior to Activant, Loesch was the vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Interelate, a leader in next-generation relationship marketing services for Global 2000 companies. Previously, Ms. Loesch was senior vice president, international and corporate development for MessageMedia, where she led the company’s global expansion as well as its growth in new markets through acquisition. Ms. Loesch’s extensive experience includes tenures as managing director of KPMG Consulting’s high-technology practice, senior vice president of marketing and print services at CSG Systems, and as an executive with US West. Ms. Loesch graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University and also holds an MBA from Creighton University.
Susan Morse, SVP, Human Resources
Susan Morse has more than 22 years of experience in human resources. She was recently vice president of human resources at Carrier Access, Boulder, Colorado. Prior to Carrier Access, Ms. Morse served as vice president of human resources for WhiteWave Foods, a subsidiary of Dean Foods. She was vice president of human resources with MessageMedia, an e-mail marketing services company, and a division president of human resources at Centrobe, Inc., which was previously an EDS Company known as Neodata Services, Inc. She held a variety of positions at Neodata, including vice president and senior vice president of human resources. Prior to Neodata, Ms. Morse spent 15 years at Wang Laboratories, where she held numerous positions. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Lana Little, SVP, Support Services
Lana Little has over 20 years’ experience in the call center industry, managing both internal and outsourced centers. Most recently, she was vice president of @Home Operations with TeleTech. In her eight years at TeleTech, Ms. Little managed teams in Asia Pacific and North America and expanded and diversified revenue. She also served as vice president of support services, managing and standardizing operating practices in the training, leadership development, and workforce management, quality services, and rewards and recognition organizations for the company. Prior to TeleTech, Lana was a Director at MCI/World Com, a leading provider of telecommunications services, for 13 years.

Faye Victora, Regional Vice President, Operations
Faye Victora is responsible for operations at several locations onshore, near shore and with StarTek’s home-shoring platform, which is a virtual extension of our high quality delivery. During her 17 years in the call center industry, Faye has served in the capacity of Vice President of Support Services, leading the quality, leadership development, workforce management and program launch organizations. She has served as account director, sales account representative, sales manager and total quality management facilitator. Her career includes associations with Sprint Corporation, TeleTech, and ACS. She was the recipient of the prestigious President’s Club award on five occasions, an award earned for measured results, as well as multiple internal and external accolades for delivery of exceptional customer service.

Michael Stefanoudakis, SVP, General Counsel and Secretary Michael Stefanoudakis has strong general counsel experience, most recently as Vice President and General Counsel at BioFuel Energy Company, a start-up company in the ethanol production industry. In addition, from 2004 to 2006, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Patina Oil & Gas Corporation, until their merger with Noble Energy, Inc. In these roles, Mr. Stefanoudakis had legal oversight for all corporate matters including contracts, corporate acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC compliance, and board/committee matters. Prior to his public company experience, he spent eight years as a practicing attorney, most recently at the Denver legal firm Hogan & Hartson LLP. He specialized in representing issuers of initial public offerings, secondary offerings and debt offerings, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions, and all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture transactions. He also counseled public and private companies in a wide range of industries (including the service industry) in all aspects of their business, including compliance and general corporate governance matters. Mr. Stefanoudakis received his law degree from Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude. He received his B.S. from the University of San Diego, graduating summa cum laude.
