Welcome Calling

Many companies realize the importance of providing a good on-boarding experience for their customers because it reduces churn, increases up-sell and cross-sell propensity, and provides a greater opportunity for new customer referrals. StarTek works closely with our clients to provide welcome calls to new customers to improve customer loyalty and profitability.

StarTek will call new customers to assess their on-boarding experience. A highly positive experience will give our representatives the opportunity to offer additional products and services. In the event of a negative customer experience, our customer service representative will assess on-boarding issues and will take appropriate remedial action. Whether the issue is a wrong order, a billing issue, incorrect installation, or setup complications, our representatives will work to quickly resolve the issue and repair the customer relationship. Repairing the customer relationship allows our clients to reduce churn while increasing the propensity of customers to add new products and services.
