The Virtual Workforce
The traditional call center workforce has provided StarTek with outstanding results, but geography reduces the size of this workforce. StarTek@Home delivery enables us to tap into a virtual workforce that requires the ability to work from home and the flexibility of scheduling.

StarTek's Evolution to Virtual
For over 20 years, StarTek has been committed to serving the needs of our clients and their customers. We have grown to 19 delivery centers in onshore, near-shore, and offshore locations. Our StarTek@Home delivery capability has developed as a virtual extension of our traditional center operations. It is not a separate organization; instead it is an evolution of our capabilities. In 2008 StarTek expanded its delivery with a hub-and-spoke @Home model, which provided outstanding results. In 2009 we further enhanced our @Home delivery into a virtual agent model in order to tap into the virtual workforce. All of our expansion efforts whether they be geographical, virtual, or technological have and will always provide us the ability to continue to deliver outstanding results to our clients.
