StarTek Inc. Appoints Three New Executives of Human Resources, Business Development and General Counsel

DENVER, CO – StarTek, Inc. (NYSE: SRT), a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing and Optimization (BPO) services for outsourced customer interactions, today announced the appointments of three executives: Mary Beth Loesch as senior vice president of business development, Sue Morse, senior vice president of human resources, and Michael Clayton, general counsel. Loesch will be responsible for strategic planning, acquisitions and partnerships. Morse will be responsible for human resource management and training. Clayton, former international and IP counsel for Intrado, Inc., will serve as StarTek’s new general counsel and will be responsible for corporate governance and legal services. Mary Beth Loesch
Loesch has 25 years of experience in business management, mergers, acquisitions and strategic initiatives focused in the telecommunications, cable and high-technology industries. Most recently, Loesch was the senior vice president of businessdevelopment for Activant Solutions Inc. While in that role, she was charged with driving Activant’s top-line growth through new market expansion and acquisitions. Prior to Activant, Loesch was the vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Interelate, a leader in next-generation relationship marketing services for Global 2000 companies. Previously, Loesch was senior vice president, international and corporate development for MessageMedia, where she led the company’s global expansion as well as its growth in new markets through acquisition. Loesch’s extensive experience includes tenures as managing director of KPMG Consulting’s high-technology practice, senior vice president of marketing and print services at CSG Systems and an executive with US West. Ms. Loesch has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University.

Susan Morse
Morse has more than 22 years of experience in human resources. Morse was recently VP of human resources at Carrier Access, Boulder, CO. Prior to Carrier Access, Morse served as vice president of human resources for WhiteWave Foods, a subsidiary of Dean Foods. Prior to joining WhiteWave, Morse was vice president of human resources with MessageMedia, an e-mail marketing services company, and a division president of human resources at Centrobe, Inc., which was an EDS Company and formerly Neodata Services, Inc.. Prior to Centrobe, Inc., Morse held various positions at Neodata including vice president of human resources and senior vice president of human resources. Previous to Neodata, Ms. Morse spent 15 years at Wang Laboratories, where she held numerous positions. Ms. Morse received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Michael Clayton
Clayton, former international and IP counsel of Intrado Inc., has over 30 years of experience delivering cost-effective legal services in public and private companies. Prior to Intrado, Clayton served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Alliente, Inc., a BPO providing indirect procurement services to global clients in the telecommunications industry. Previously, he served fifteen years as vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Samsonite Corporation. Michael is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Federal District, State and Federal Courts of Colorado, and the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office. Clayton has been an adjunct professor of law at University of Denver College of Law and Director of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition.
