Denver, CO-- StarTek (NYSE: SRT), a leading provider of high-value business process outsourcing services announced today the addition of John Damian to their executive staff. As SVP of Sales, he will lead the sales team and be responsible for managing new business acquisitions for the company. Damian has broad based experience across a wide variety of verticals and geographic areas including the Philippines and Latin America.

Most recently, Damian spent over five years as the SVP of Business Development at TeleTech in Denver. At TeleTech he was responsible for sales activities across all the vertical business units and grew revenue and gross margins significantly over his tenure at the organization. Previously, he spent 18-years with AT&T, and held a series of executive positions in sales, product development, operations and business development. As the managing partner of AT&T solutions, he was responsible for a team of 2,500 and generated $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
