Heredia, Costa Rica—StarTek (NYSE:SRT), a leading business process outsourcing company, confirmed for March of 2010 the opening of the new site in Barreal de Heredia. The company immediately needs to hire 100 employees that will be available to provide customer service and technical assistance to clients, primarily in the telecommunications industry.

Some of the specific job positions include sales manager, trainers, quality specialists, as well as management positions and coordinators for the areas of sales, human resources, payroll, among others. Applicants must be completely bilingual and those applying for sales positions must have experience in sales.

The new 37,000 square foot facility is located in the American Free Trade Zone Center, in Barreal de Heredia, and will feature numerous amenities including a large cafeteria and break area with a cyber cafe, television and games. The complex architectural design includes abundance of natural light and spaces inspired on the natural environment of Costa Rica.

20th Destination: First Latin American Site
