Repair Services Management

Unfortunately, some technical support and product support issues must be resolved by repair depots or field technicians. In these cases, StarTek assists in delivery of support services by ensuring that repair technicians receive the correct information from the customer about the problem, and by providing the proper dispatch or drop-ship boxes to promote a smooth support process. We provide repair status and reminder/reschedule calls to improve appointment completion rates. These are the most expensive types of repair services, and StarTek takes advantage of any opportunity to improve the process to reduce costs to the client and minimize disruptions to the customer. We work with our clients to find ways to reduce the need for truck roll and the likelihood of a technician reporting no fault found.
