Our interactive voice response (IVR) system leverages a state-of-the-art voice solution to provide self service, computer telephony integration (CTI), virtual queuing, and routing functions for our customers. As a result, StarTek is able to design and deliver high-quality customer experience even before a representative is engaged. We also provide multi-channel interactions with our integrated e-services platform that intelligently routes both e-mail and web chat contacts.
