Our leadership team is committed to driving year-over-year continuous improvement for our clients’ businesses.

 

Chad CarlsonChad Carlson, President & CEO

Chad has over 25 years experience in management, operations, strategic planning, and business development with 15 of those years in the contact center industry. He brings to his role as President and CEO of StarTek a track record of successfully leading large global organizations. His most recent experience was as EVP of Global Operations for Sitel in Nashville, Tennessee. Chad’s oversight responsibility for the company included operations of over a billion dollars in revenues in +30 countries with over 60,000 employees. Prior experience includes four years as COO for ClientLogic and over six years with Sykes Enterprises.



LIsa weaverLisa Weaver, Senior Vice President & CFO 

As Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, Lisa brings her ten years of finance leadership to StarTek. Her experience includes holding the position of North America CFO with Recall Corporation, a company that provides document management, data protection, and document destruction services globally. Prior to joining Recall, Lisa was with ClientLogic and Sitel Corporation for ten years in various finance leadership positions. Most recently, she was the North American CFO and Global FP&A Leader. Earlier in her career, Lisa served in varying roles within manufacturing companies, such as Purina and Fruit of the Loom,Inc.  

 


Joe DuryeaJoe Duryea, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Joe brings over 25 years of experience in successfully leading high-level sales and marketing teams for fast-growing BPO companies.  Recently, he was the SVP of Sales and Marketing for PeopleSupport, Inc.  (NASDAQ:PSPT) now Aegis. Throughout his career, Joe has proven himself a leader for strong sales and revenue growth, making him a valuable new addition to the StarTek team. Joe began his BPO career with American Express and has subsequently held senior management positions at Convergys, Softbank, TransWorks and ClientLogic

 


Rod LeachRod Leach, Senior Vice President of Global Operations

Rod is responsible for all of StarTek’s global operations and operational support services, a role for which he is very well suited with over 20 years experience in the contact center industry.  Prior to joining  StarTek, Rod served as Chief Operations Officer for TMS Health, an emerging healthcare-centric service and support business. For over five years, he was  SVP of Operations for Sitel managing operations for 16 contact centers and 6,000 employees.  Earlier in his career, he co-founded Service Zone, an international contact center company, which grew to nine centers and an $85 million enterprise. Rod began his career with Gateway where his was the Director of Technical Support and Business Client Care. Throughout his career, Rod has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to lead operational growth and build effective service teams.

 


Jay Kirksey, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Jay has spent his career in all sizes and varieties of companies and in every facet  of human resources.  He has worked for some of the largest companies in the world with over a quarter of a million employees but he has also been in companies with as few as 10 people. His experience includes the aerospace, airlines, advertising industry as well as private equity and venture capital start-ups.  Jay’s previous experience includes Pendum, LLC, the nation’s largest independent provider of ATM services, where he served as SVP of human resources for the past three years.  Prior to that Jay served in executive HR positions at a variety of professional services and manufacturing businesses including Quovadx, Digital Lighthouse, ADT Security Services and United Technologies.  Additionally, Jay led his own HR consulting practice for over five years representing clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Frontier Airlines, and Webroot Software among others.
