Lutz, FL—Ideal Dialogue announced both Ted Nardin, president and Dr. James Keaten, chief science officer of the company will deliver the keynote address for the J.D. Power, 2015 Roundtable of Champions event, taking place March 2-4 in Dallas, TX at the Hyatt Regency DFW.
The ninth annual J.D. Power Roundtable of Champions (ROC), invitation only event, focuses on contact centers and customer experience executives to deliver extraordinary insights and perspectives. The theme of the conference, “High Performance Customer Care: Improving the Customer Experiences while Reducing Costs,” attracts key decision makers from around the globe each year.
Nardin and Keaten will address the issues that current call centers face and provide relational-based solutions through dialogue. The company will also have a booth at the event.
