("STARTEK") (NYSE: SRT), a global leader in business process outsourcing services, is immediately hiring temporary and full time employees at its customer engagement center in Grand Junction, Colorado, to support a new line of business for the site as well as several Gourmet Food clients. The company is seeking to fill a total of 150 fulltime and part-time positions by the end of the year, including customer service representatives, supervisors, managers and support staff.

The company is seeking employees with exceptional customer service skills as well as the drive to proactively delight customers while helping resolve issues. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check along with pre-employment assessments focused on technical skills and customer service behaviors such as empathy and problem solving. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
