Aparup Sengupta is currently the Executive Chairman and Global Chief Executive Officer at Startek. Most recently, he served as the Operating Partner of Capital Square Partners, and Chairman of Startek. Previously, he was the Executive Chairman of MINACS during the period MINACS was a portfolio investment of CSP. Prior to joining Minacs, Aparup was the Global CEO and MD at Aegis. He led Aegis’ transformation from $60million in revenues to over $ 850 million company with 60,000 people in less than seven years. He has been part of the founding team behind three successful start-ups: 24/7 Customer, Ion Idea and Think Harbor. Economic Times of India honored him as the CEO of the Year at the BPO Industry Awards 2010. He has also been featured in the IAOP’s Powerhouse 25 – Top leaders in the Outsourcing landscape, 2011.
He received his B.E in Engineering degree from the Bengal Engineering and Science University, which conferred him with the distinguished Alumnus Award, and has attended several management leadership programs at XLRI, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and Portsmouth University, UK.
Vikash brings over 25 years of global finance experience with proven proficiency in handling investor and board relations, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, business finance, financial control, planning, reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury and audit functions. Prior to joining Startek, he served as the CFO of IBS Software, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from an on-premise license model to SaaS while driving high profitability and significant growth in cash-flows. Prior to IBS, he was the CFO of AppLabs Technologies (a CSC Company) and has also worked at Wipro for more than a decade where he was an integral part of the Europe's leadership team negotiating large outsourcing contracts while being in charge of the finance activities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been recognized twice amongst top 100 CFOs by CFO India magazine, 10 Most Dynamic CFOs by Insight Success magazine and Global CFO Excellence award by Acquisition International business magazine.

Mansour is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Contact Center Company (CCC) which is a Joint Venture between Startek & Saudi Telecom Company (STC). He comes with over 26 years of successful track record in both public & private sectors. His experience pans across various functions in Telecom and Technology sectors such as Customer Experience and Business Management, Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and People Management. He has been associated with CCC since 2011 and prior to CCC, he worked with STC from 2001 till 2011 in varies leadership roles.
In the past, Mansour has worked with various organizations including Royal Saudi Air Force, International system Engineering, Al Salam etc.
Mansour holds an MBA from Florida University, USA and a BSc. in Software Engineering from King Saud University, KSA. He has also undertaken professional training from well- known and reputed business institutes across topics such as digital transformation, leadership, finance, innovation and creative thinking.
Mansour is a member of Global Customer Experience Association and the Saudi Computer Association.
Sanjeev has over 25 years of global experience across diverse industries and business functions. He has held leadership roles in BPO, consulting, supply chain management, digital and analytics and knowledge services, across several industries. Most recently Sanjeev was the MD & CEO of IMaCS (ICRA Management Consulting Services). Earlier Sanjeev headed the Research and Analytics business unit at WNS and CRISIL. In the past, he has also held leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions and IBM Global Services (USA).
Sanjeev has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)- Ahmedabad and a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi.
Dixie brings more than 30 years of experience in the legal function across several regions, including North and Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Having worked both in private practice as well as a corporate counsel in house, Dixie is a domain expert in handling all legal matters like contracts, litigations, disputes, IP, SEC filings, insurance, and corporate governance. Dixie holds a bachelors of arts from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law, Tennessee.
